I hand registered this today and was shocked it was available as an insurance broker for over 16 years that sells workmans Comp insurance for dozens of companies.
Over 12,000 exact monthly searches for
“Workmans-comp”, a cpc of $14.00 and an Estibot appraisal of $2,300.

What do you all think?

I agree with @Domainnya

"Reg fee"

My reasoning:

Start-Up.com sold recently for only $3,500 and that's with being a premium industry killer keyword, and highly brandable, and with massive exposure at Namescon.

Clearly hyphenated names just don't do well statistically.

If you're extremely lucky, it's not IMPOSSIBLE that you could sell it for a decent amount... but it is unlikely enough that I personally wouldn't risk reg fee on the possibility.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Side note: Some people such as @Rob Monster have mentioned that hyphenaed domains might become valuable in the future... and I myself am holding onto 3 or 4 decent ones in that very hope... but unfortunately yours just isn't one that I can see doing very well.

Good luck!

To expand on that as it might have appeared very unhelpful...

I'll show how and why I personally have hyphenated as it might help...

I feel that the below ones of mine have very obvious use cases, where there is super high demand:

Sell-Work.com
Shop-Cheaper.com
Create-Articles.com

And as for the below ones I made sure there was an EXTREMELY close comparable WITH hyphens. This lowers my risk significantly I feel.

Cool-SMS.com (cool-sms.de sold for $2,160)
B2B-Forum.com (b2b-forum.de sold for $3,892)
Dirty-Cartoons.com (dirty-cartoons.us sold for $2,004)
New-York-Casino.com (new-york-casino.org sold for $6,075)
Your-Sex-Shop.com (your-sex-shop.com sold previously for $1,950)

For the record... I have so far never sold a hyphenated domain.
