I also thought the same, but when I saw this site mycbdz.com

then I realised that there must be some potential in the near future!

Brad is 100% correct, and no one is hating or jealous or anything negative. When you are new in domaining it's common to add a letter and 99 out of 100 times that extra letter provides no value whatsoever. It might actually be 100 out of 100 but I like to allow for an outlier sale.

CBDz is going to have no meaning as far as Cannabidiol (CBD). Z is sometimes used to replace S, back in the early days someone might have missed out on Cars.com or Sports.com and registered Carz.com or Sportz.com this was 25 years ago.

We are not using a plural version of CBD, now sure someone will pay for the .com CBDz.com because it's a 4L, it's a chip, etc... But in a non com you want the best word you can get.

It is a reg fee domain in .COM. That domain would not sell for a premium price.

No problem, just remember to flip the script, you want to sell, but think if you were the buyer,

Would you buy your name?
Would you pay the price you are asking?
Could you find a reg fee alternative you liked as much?

The new gtld sales are great, some people have had some nice sales but understand there are not these kinds of sales every day or every week. Some extensions around for 5 years have 20 reported sales, some have NONE. This is not a we are going to sell out of donuts or tshirts or coffee every week. This is a slow churning, lonely, potentially depressing business. You need to have a plan with your budget and how you are going to sell each name.

Paying attention to trends is important, you should always do that, Pay attention but you don't need to chase every trend. CBD has been trendy for awhile and some have done well but it's not happening with adding a letter or prefix that makes no sense.

Just as important as trends, What are you passionate about? What do you have an above average knowledge or experience in? Study names in those niches, you might have more sales channels than just buy, list at Sedo/Afternic/Dan and wait.

Also, having a niche is a great Idea, it will help me gain more knowledge and do better in a specific niche, instead of roaming around everywhere!

The end users often buy silly things but even history of cbd sales isn't showing massive sale prices especially for amount of investors as I mentioned in another thread keyword herb has higher value and there are other bandwagons.

I think CBD should boost in 2020, as most of the people aren’t aware of CBD, because it’s new and not known to most of the people who would be starting the business directly or indirectly related to CBD..

and that isn't a typo like CBDz is a brand and your trying to brand something that you were beaten to..
Your just enforcing that the owner of CBDz dot com has a stronger brand.
