Basically the Kurds (who weren’t a party to the agreement) won’t get shot as they leave - if they leave now - allowing Turkey to occupy the land. We also gave up our sanctions so we have no leverage over Turkey. We are endorsing the occupation.
USA was just owned by Turkey.
