It seems .PRO is slowly coming out of the cage with cheaper reg prices than they were a year ago and major registrars like netsol taking notice of the extension and promoting it.

Here are some that I picked up in last couple of days:

Yes - i think you see my .pro .
From now no limit to put a price tag on your domains on SEDO
I set all my domains on SEDO at 5 mil. GBP with a description on each domain

Afilias will increase fees for their gTLDs on Jan'1/2020...
Something like +10%...
So transfer/renew prior this date...

outbound - mean you contact potential buyers, send emails , recived email from buyers etc..

Outbound doesn't work with .PRO domains. In ~99% of cases all sales are inbound or via MLS/DLS.
.PROven for almost decade (from my experience and observation).

Majority of .PROs are selling within $500-$2K range...
Strong keywords - up to $5K...
The best - up to $25K...

"Housing" considered a strong keyword??
"Housing" gets 300K monthly searches in US and it has more than 200 TLDs registered.
