Hi, i've heard so many time that the more aged is a domain, the better his value. But i've noticed several times that domains having more than 10 years old (according to archives) are only valued 100,200 or 700usd on estibot or Godaddy. So my questions are:

- Will the value increase if i only keep them over me for a certain time?

- Are there tips to increase the value? (such as creating a landing page or website and driving traffic to the domain?)

How can i increase a domain's value in order to sell it for a better profit?

You don't have to create a web site (I mean that is not the must). You just need to convince your potential buyer that domain worth asking money.
Anyways your domain name costs as much as real user ready to pay for it .

Okay i see. But does it means every good domains are created equal and that a domain could be sold 100usd or 5000usd depending on the buyer? Why are some domain, more expensive than others when valuated with appraisal tools like Godaddy or Estibot?

no, every domain is unique, even those that are similar

Why are some domain, more expensive than others

since all domains are not equal, then it's foolish to think they would all cost the same

like the price variations of shoes, some are low priced and others are expensive
some are designer, like brandables and some are collectables, like premium one word.com and other short domains.

then whether you want leather shoes or canvas or flip flops, they all have different price ranges and styles.

also, don't spend time with appraisal tools, as they will just confuse you.
spend your time wisely by learning how to use forum search feature.

questions about domain age and appraisal tools have been discussed many times in the past.

imo...
