Hello,

namejet.com hasn't paid my domain sales for 2 months. I haven't been able to answer my e-mails for 1 month. Are there people who have the same problem?

I am facing the same issue. And IDK why they don't even reply.

They answered me, but they still didn't send me money. It takes them almost a month to reply to emails!

they still haven't paid. They said they were investigating, I don't know what they were investigating. I have been working with Namejet for 3 years. I keep selling. Everything has changed for 2 months because of the intervention of web.com to namejet.com. I do not know what it is.

If you are still selling, hold the domains as ransom on your next few sold ones so buyers start complaining (until they pay you)... That's what I would do if they owed me money for so long... Anyways, the purpose of my question was to gauge if they were back to paying as supposed or not so based on the responses received I am not going to waste my time selling with them to then have to harass them to pay me. Shouldn't have to be like that.

Where can I complain if they don't pay my money and don't return my domain names? I wrote the status to enom.com. They waited for 2 weeks and said to email [email protected]. I have complained to ICANN about namejet.com. They canceled my complaint because Namejet is not a registered registrar. namejet.com keeps me busy, I'll wait another week. If web.com hadn't interfered with namejet's business, I probably wouldn't have had these problems. They went to work with good service like enom.com and they started to work with netsol.com. I don't know of a domain registrar as bad as Netsol.

You should do this in order to get your money back or your domains ASAP:

1- Contact Web.com (owners of namejet). Send an email to: [email protected] and [email protected] I sent an email to admin domain, and I got a reply the same day, but with the answer I did not expect from them, they did not resolve my petition, but I think your problem with the lack of payment would get a positive solution to you. I recoment to send an email to abuse email because Web.com need to be informed about the negative and terrible attitude from jonathan tenenbaum (''manager'' of namejet) hopefully he gets fired this year.

2- If you dont get your payment or your domains back, you should sue jonathan tenenbaum for FRAUD and SCAM. If you live in the USA, you are protected by the laws of your country. As US citizen you Will get the attention of many lawyers because you Will win your case easy and namejet could be out of business if this frauds continue with other customers.

3- Travel to Jacksonville Florida where the namejet offices are located to talk in person with jonathan tenenbaum. I dont think this Will help, because jonathan Will refuse to talk with you face to face, he is a coward with lack of proffessionalism and ethics in business.

Support is still non-existent. How can they still be in business when they treat customers like this? If they didn't have a near-monopoly on aged names, I would have left them a long time ago.
