What issue I may face if I use my <[email protected]> for vigorous outbound? Can the email address or my website be banned if my emails get flagged by email receivers? Can you please clear it out for me? TIA

P.S. I don't want to use Gmail or any such email service for outbound.

Vigorous outbound.. aka mass spamming? Best to stick with these ccTLDs for that:

Just because I really don't want to add any more to my blocklist.

The answer is yes, if you send large amounts of spam then your e-mail address/URL/IP address can be blacklisted. The solution is to send e-mails tailored to each person. You are correct not to use Gmail, it's not very professional. Where did you read that sending spam was a good idea?

I always send emails tailored to each person. I don't just copy-paste and bulk email. Will it prevent getting the email address blacklisted?

It depends on
a) Each e-mail provider, including:
b) How many recipients flag as spam

One way to avoid going in the spam box is reciprocal engagement, especially by commenting positively on, and asking a question about the company. Once the recipient replies, and you have both therefore engaged, the chances of them flagging as spam drop drastically

Another method is to list your company's website address, and link to the About Us page. This builds trust. I don't routinely flag any e-mail as spam if it's engaging.
