Does (Can?) Escrow.com payout to a PayPal Account.

I think the title asks the full question. I need to top up my PayPal Account. Can Escrow.com make payments for domain sales to a PayPal Account. Or is there any other Escrow Service which provides this function?

You will have to use a service like Dan, or Epik.

Escrow.com is not allowed to withdraw via Paypal (personal & business account).

As mentioned above Epik and Dan is quick and fast than sedo.

Both Epik and Dan charge the payout fee for PayPal.
No fee at Sedo, they use MassPay. And they pay next business day after the domain was pushed into their escrow account.

PayPal payout is supported there.

Escrow.com releases funds to Sellers via ACH (for those with US bank accounts or those able to receive ACH payments) and wire transfer. The bank account name should match the Seller's name in profile. We do not release funds to any third party payment services such as PayPal or Payoneer.

Does this include accounts like Transferwise or Bluebird (AMEX) which can take direct deposits ?

We are unable to release funds to third-party payment services like Transferwise nor any debit or credit cards like AMEX.
