This thread is a central location to report domain name sales of any dollar amount.

As much information as you can include about the transaction is welcome, but at a bare minimum please include the domain name(s), the sale price, and whether you were the seller.

Good luck with your sales!

  • Tip: Use the Like/Thanks feature instead.

Questions are allowed, but do not post commentary. If you want to discuss or comment on a sale in this thread, quote it and then post it in the following thread instead:

What motivated you to BIN it so high ? Do you normally price them like that ?

Yeah, I guess I usually price somewhere around there. I buy very few names though.

There are a number of physical locations (streets), with the name Gin Alley. Also, a few businesses with the name.

There's also a Gin Alley in GOT, hahaha. Figured someone would pay for it.

That one got me thinking, and a quick research showed that most LiquorType+Alley names have been taken, so I went ahead and picked up Rum+Alley in king to try my luck ;)

If I sell this one, i'll be sure to send some love your way Dan! :-D

Here is a unique one:

Payizer /// com BIN $799 Epik Marketplace lander.

I originally sold this name in March 2019 after a prolonged back and forth. It was sold on an Epik Marketplace lander. I sold it on a payment plan for $750. At the end of September he did not make his payment and passed the grace period. He had already paid over $400.

He contacted Epik about getting back on the payment plan and after some consideration and emails with Raj and Rob decided to reestablish the payment plan. He never made the payment again and passed the grace period and Epik returned it to my control. I set up a new lander and put $799 hoping the buyer would contact and be motivated to return and just pay off the balance. However...

Somebody purchased the name seven hours after I relisted it. I feel sorry for the first buyer, however at this point I can not do anything about it. Maybe it was him rebuying it.

Hello. My domain bountifuliving.com sold on squadhelp.com in May 2019. It sold for $1699. I made 25% from the sale. Squadhelp also provided a complimentary logo design for my domain name. It's an easy process and they are my "go to" site when I want to sell a domain name.

It takes BB over 1-2 months to approve a goddamn listing, so you were quite lucky to have sold this in that timeframe :-D

Review + publishing currently takes a month but that's fine as long as my domains get sold. :xf.wink: I've been more consistent in BB than the other brandable marketplaces. And yes, I really think that there's an element of luck in every sale.
