Hello everyone,

I'm creating this post to keep you all informed of Epik.com Happy Hours!
Every day, we'll try to discount an extension and give you the chance to register & invest in this extension.

Today, we're featuring .US extension, and we're discounting it to $1.50 for new registrations starting now, and will be ON for the next 5 hours.

The following is a list of all domain names that have been registered previously before under .US, and are available one more time for registration: https://armored.net/index.php/s/t9rf2GLm4JktQWn

Remember, all domains registered at Epik include:
- Free WHOIS privacy
- Free SSL parking landers
- Free forwarding
- Free basic Wordpress site
- Free listing in Epik marketplace for selling/leasing

Here is also a link to ALL promos that we're currently running, in case you wanted to look into something different: https://www.epik.com/promos/

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Also, let me know what extensions you'd be interested to see featuring in our future Happy Hours! We'll do our best to accommodate all requests.

October .COM Mega Promo at Epik

We want to be the favorite place for professional domain investors to sell, lease and park/lander their domains. We are building the most complete suite of tools and assembling the most exceptional team our industry has ever seen. Our most recent acquisitions of Bitmitigate.com, Sibyl.Li and now DomainFlippa.com/NameBrokers.com/NamInvestors.com are all part of a comprehensive roadmap to bring forward a new Golden Age for domains, and specifically for .COM.

When it comes to .COM, the reality is that most of the best inventory is taken. Once more people realize that .COM is back stronger than ever, I suspect we'll see fewer .com drops. The after-market is rapidly becoming the primary market. After all, it’s better for a domain investor to sell a domain for $10 than to drop a domain and get nothing. We are thinking about these issues and are committed to helping as many people as possible become successful domain investors. There is plenty of upside for everyone.

So, with the goal of becoming the #1 place to hold your "keeper" .COM domains, we want to make it a win-win when more folks move their .COM to Epik. By all means, take full advantage of the various .COM cheap registration promos that are sometimes being offered out there, e.g. $1 .COM from Network Solutions if you can figure out how to manage a ton of unique accounts there. However, for your keepers, I would just move them to Epik and leverage our free tools.

Now, not everyone has a lot of .COM domains to transfer to Epik. We get that. However, if a "domain whale" comes along and wants to move 10,000 .COM domains to Epik, we'll want to give them a great price. However, in the spirit of “Rising tides raise all boats,” we also want to give everyone else a great price. Why not spread the wealth, and have the domain whale, be a domain hero?

When someone transfers into Epik the following number of domains, both they, and you will receive this pricing within the associated time frame. We have been calling these Happy Hours. For October, depending on who wants to do a bulk transfer, we'll make both creates and transfers dirt cheap based on the size of the incoming Domain Whale.

Our every day price for .COM is now set to $7.49 for creates and transfers -- full-service, all-inclusive, with any payment method. When the whales show up, here is what you can expect:

500+ .COM Transfers: $6.99 for 3 hours for both Creates and Transfers.

2500+ .COM Transfers: $6.49 for 6 hours for both Creates and Transfers.

5000+ .COM Transfers: $5.99 for 12 hours for both Creates and Transfers.

10,000+ .COM Transfers: $5.49 for 24 hours for both Creates and Transfers. (WOW!)

As for .COM backorders, they will remain at just $8.49 for all of October. It is first come first serve, so forget about hand-registering your dropcatches. For $8.49, if you are first in line at Epik, you will blow away just about anyone hand-registering or using APIs to dropcatch. @Gube has been hard at work with the engineers to introduce dropcatching upgrades that should allow Epik backorders to be fast but cheap. There are no auctions -- just first come first serve.

Let the October season of DOMAINER WHALE WATCHING BEGIN!

More updates are coming to the dropcatching program
Improvements on the speed, but also new TLDs available.
At the moment, we are focused on .com and .net but we hope to be #1 on .org and Donuts TLDs too
If you would like to catch any other TLD, Feel free to PM me and I will work on making it possible at Epik.com :)

I'm really disappointed in myself that I missed checking out my cart by a few seconds yesterday (stupid Excel .. stupid Char 160 .. stupid me for waiting until last second .. lol) .. I've already done all my transfers for the next few months .. but I've still got 100 handregs waiting to go .. was kinda excited about them as I usually don't do handregs, and 100 handregs is more than I've done in my entire almost 3 years domaining .. got some surprisingly good ones lined up .. c'mon whalies, although $7.49 is an excellent price, I feel stupid paying $200 more because of my love/hate relationship with Excel .. I need someone to get that number down a bit more and I'm biting! :)

Is there even cctld in the roadmap?

Is there even cctld in the roadmap?
Yes; That's possible too;
But it will be done on a registry basis, and sometimes per TLD in case different rules are applied (Exemple: .be names and .brussels names don't follow the same rules)

Aside from repurposed ccTLD's (like .tv .co .me and a small number of others), usually 2 character ccTLDs are run by government entities who are more focused on running their ccTLDs for their citizens. I think aside from the rupurposed ccTLDs you'll very rarely ever see any promotions on those.

It does -- it just means Credit card and PayPal are disabled.

If you generate sales and leases at Epik and have renewals or transfers, just hold a balance and use the balance. And then you get $8.10 renewals. Genius but anyone can do it.
Is there anything special I need to do? I moved some money from Masterbucks to my account and I still show the $8.49 renewal. Thanks

All my transactions in the last month or so were from my account credit transferred from Masterbucks, and none of them got the discount. I didn't say anything because that credit was from a domain sale and the prices are already low .. lol .. just mentioning it now in case it helps finding a technical glitch! ;)

So I would like to thank Rob for giving us a chance to save some money...
I would like to echo that - thank @Rob Monster and Epik for the great pricing, and also for the responsive and innovative way they run their business. It seems every day or two some new initiative being discussed.

I have a policy of (mainly) only spending money I have earned via sales, so I did not register or transfer as many as I might have, and I am a small player in domain investing, but regged a number of .com that had been on my want list and also moved a few to Epik from other registrars and picked up a couple of .org at the nice pricing in that too.

Really nice example of what you did with the savings @Mister Funsky. Thanks for sharing and an inspired idea that others of us can consider following.

I hope in a way there are not great promotions in the next little while :xf.eek: as I am out of earned money and also want to concentrate efforts on selling and putting those great features available in Epik landers to use!

Have a good day, everyone!

Bob

If you would like to get 8.10$ registrations and renewals, You will have to prefund your account by wire for new purchases. (Payments with Account balance and Masterbucks will still be possible) If it's ok for you, PM me your account email and pin, and we will enable your account for that :)

Epik Renewal price for np members $8.49 ($8.10 bank transfer or epik sale fund ) very attractive. It's save money and mind peace .
One other big things it's safe place and very helpful.

Get that spreadsheet working. You have 100 names in waiting already. Just add another 400 to it and become the whale yourself. Just give us all a heads up so we can be watching for the happy hour window. (y)

Any chance for anything lower than $7.49 for transfers in the next hours / days?
I'm bringing in about 100. No whale for now. Just a little shark :D

We are on whale-watch today actually -- within 24 hours. Will confirm shortly. Whale is compiling his authcodes. So, yes, $6.99 .COM for 3 hours is inbound soon.

Are we able to pool our transfers together? If I transfer 1,000 in and find 9 others to do the name can we all get the $5.49 rate?

Thanks! Hopefully it will be usable on my time zone too :)

How many is he bringing in? Between myself, @blank and @DomainNerdz it seems like we have 1200. Plus this whale .. anyone else willing to jump on board to help us make it over 2500+ and the $6.49 price point? Probably only need a few hundred more! :)

I'm in for 100 domains the next time it goes to $6.49 or below! :)

@NamesMax @CJ6 @Mister Funsky @vravis9 @anantj @Xabial .. seems you've all mentioned interest and/or even missing the deadline .. now's the time to get on the bandwagon! :)

500+ .COM Transfers: $6.99 for 3 hours for both Creates and Transfers.
2,500+ .COM Transfers: $6.49 for 6 hours for both Creates and Transfers.
5,000+ .COM Transfers: $5.99 for 12 hours for both Creates and Transfers.
10000+ .COM Transfers: $5.49 for 24 hours for both Creates and Transfers. (WOW!)

Keep me in the loop but most of what I missed were new regs...I've got a few transfers I could make but not enough worth calculating in.

Yeah .. I know .. $6.49 is a great deal .. but I still just feel stupid for missing $5.49 by a few seconds! lol

How many do you have lined up? Mine are handreg's too .. pretty sure both count. What I'm not sure is if we can pool all our counts together .. although seeing as how @Rob Monster is such a nice guy, maybe he'll have sympathy on us for missing the October deadline! ;) lol

I have been an Epik fan for quite a while. Rob won me over a couple years ago when I sent an email to customer service at midnight, 9pm Epik time. Before I could close out of my email program I had an answer...from @Rob Monster himself. That service was all it took to convince me to make Epik my register of choice. So I don't have much to transfer in.

I have consolidated there over the past 18 months, as renewals came. Currently have a couple thousand with them. Can't help on the whale front.

These deals have been great but the Epik story is so much more than getting a bargain. The tools are phenomenal, the service is 2nd to none. Even at Epik's regular pricing, it is a bargain.

I have moved my domains over. I only have 1 .com domain that I need to wait until October to move. (Long story)

I am a fairly new customer having an Epik account. As Rob states that he has "legendary customer service" was very accurate. Epik updates it's users about ANY activity that affects it's members account with emails. I was also well pleased with the supply of information that is given when you receive an offer or inquiry about your domain names for sale. Hey Rob, keep up the good work!
