opinion Did I make a mistake by letting "HMD" go into redemption?

HMD meaning head mounted display I assume, after looking into it.

I don't think those have a great chance of selling, so I am gonna say it was not a mistake.

yea. it was one of those things where in hindsight you think "hey wait a minute". but it was too late.

funny thing. I was "looking" into HMD domains again and almost registered YourHMD.com and YouHMD.com.

but then I thought. "Those look familiar. Did I register those?"

checked my emails and low and behold. there they were. I did and had chosen to delete them awhile ago. lol

among with these below. Not going to register these as it seems they deleted and no one even had them on their backorder list.

so that's a good litmus test? lol

Head Mounted Display

ie VR niche keyword.

The technical term for the device you put on your head when you want to go virtual.

you can go with Glasses or Goggles but HMD is shorter.

Well, that is the problem.

It might be shorter but it is super niche and I don't think many people know what it means.

I think you have too many "hmd" domain in relation to the resale potential. The odds are likely very low that any of these are going to sell in a given year while the renewal fees are a certainty.
