Thanks for the inputThere is a very high chance of a UDRP.
It only takes a person with the exact name or rights to a brand with a similar name to file a complaint.
I wouldn't bother holding this type of domain.
As for the $240K from the automated appraisal tool, their appraisal system is useless.
*Though I'm not a lawyer, so it is best to take what I wrote here with a grain of salt.
You would have to seek permission from the below organisation to set up a fan/tribute page by the look of it.......

Easy advice to give when you won't be the one potentially getting in the sh*t....Don't be a puss like many here (fear based action/inaction). How? Some ideas..
- Add 'Louis' and 'Armstrong' as legal middle names
- set up 1 pg website, eg a good WordPress 'coming soon' plugin/ template, like you see on lambo (dotcom). 'Unofficial Louis Armstrong Tribute' is what you'd build, put in a nice video to one of his songs, "friends shaking hands saying, how do you do".
- forward to the linkedin pg for all people called Louis Armstrong on LinkedIn
Oh yeh, one more thing.
Proceed confidently in your ownership of a generic name, albeit one of relative infamy.
Fear, called it in my post.Easy advice to give when you won't be the one potentially getting in the sh*t....
It is not fear or lashing out....Fear, called it in my post.
Many like this won't even have made significant profits or possess names of desirable calibre from those who do lash out via UDRP sometimes
The following letter was written by Groucho Marx to Warner Brothers after being warned that the title of the film "A Night in Casablanca" infringed on the name "Casablanca." It was read aloud during the 1997 bicentennial celebration for the Library of Congress, along with letters by Jefferson and Lincoln. The text was then printed in the New York Times.
Apparently there is more than one way of conquering a city and holding it as your own. For example, up to the time that we contemplated making a picture, I had no idea that the city of Casablanca belonged to the Warner Brothers.
However, it was only a few days after our announcement appeared that we received a long, ominous legal document warning us not to use the name "Casablanca."

Thanks ..looking into it..Groucho.com sold on Sedo for $2550 in 2011. https://namebio.com/groucho.com
For years before that it was a non-commercial site quoting a famous Marx Brothers reply to Warner Brothers about infringement. You can see that here: http://web.archive.org/web/20100105231159/http://www.groucho.com/
