To be very honest, I didn't see a single domain that had that non-hand-reg appeal. They all look fairly flat. What made the ones you seen as valuable stand out?

I understand the value question is entirely subjective, but domains like OnlineCafe or CarDealer ooze marketability. I couldn't see one that had that.

In portfolio #3, I mentioned in the video that I am not crazy about the TLD it's regged with but the best part about some of those domains were they were one word strong generic keywords. For some reason, those always have some type of market. Always check namebio to see if the TLD in question is actually selling and how often it tends to sell.

In portfolio #4, there are probably 2 that are OK. the perkup grill domain because there are a few establish businesses with that name (assuming you aren't trademark infringing). And also the electric fly trap domain as well. It's the type of domain that you could build a niche site out but I wouldn't buy it with the intent to flip to someone else.

Thanks for sharing!
