my tip:

for those needing or wanting guidance,
is to learn how to use the search feature

just enter any question, keyword or phrase and you'll get plenty of threads that relate to your query

then after reading those threads, write down any questions you have and create a post for it.

Good luck!

imo...

Be ready to go round to get information that will guide you. All will not come to you, you have to go all out to get it.

On the NamePros Home page are sections titled "Domain Beginners" and " Networking Meet and Greet ".

Many new members ask questions there and get some replies to their queries.

Most beginners, IMO, have to self - guide, that is, read and search out what is important to you and, read it over again and let the experiences and opinions of others guide you in your domain personal plans and goals!

All of us are willing to help and answer specific questions , What isn't appreciated is vague all-encompassing questions like - How do I make money ?? That's a bit like asking mechanics how do I fix cars/automobiles.

Make an effort to learn the ropes, understand the mindset that you need to adopt, appreciate the risk, cost, time factors and commitment and it will get noticed.

You'll find you'll get a very positive response to well thought-out questions

If you go to the oldest posts in General Domain Discussions, you’ll see that they date back over fifteen years. There’s a plethora of information contained on this site. Happy searching/reading.

...by the way, you’ll also notice that @biggie has some posts in those old threads. There are some true veterans among us, many of who have contributed a great deal over the years. My thanks to you all.
