I've been trying to email Ray for the past week and no reply whatsoever. I tried 3 of his email addresses. I am starting to thing they are not replying on purpose.

i'm used to chat on skype with him.. it seem he is not logging during the last 5 days.. maybe he is out of work this week,
I've just sent a message to him as i need to manage few things too.

he should reply soon. maybe try to send another message here in a week to remind me.

Because they sent the customers to SmartName, and SmartName shows "© 2019 GoDaddy.com".
