Yep. Most times the NDA card is played it is complete nonsense. I have sold 1000+ domains to end users and there was only ever (1) NDA signed, then (1) other sale the buyer paid the extra fee for SEDO to not report it. It seems like people who make the most unsubstantiated claims just happen to have a disproportionate amount of NDA. What a coincidence.

What is your problem about NDA, if someone wants to keep a sale private its his wish, its a free world.
Data is out there if you have the skills and the need, churn it out, just don't go ranting about it.

If I owned 5 .group domains, like you, and sold 20% of them, then I would go out and buy 200 more. Hmm . Really strange.

If it’s a goldmine, why not buy 1,000? Most of the time, actions speak much louder than words.

From my experience with MANY .group EMDs - were no any inquiries.
So if somebody is really ready to pay $5K for those domains - in 95% of cases I will sell definitely.

I would say without the domain name its kind of like sitting on the toilet.

You will read what is there at the time but it won't necessarily be something one would ordinarily read.

The only one laying it down here is you, it is painfully obvious to everyone by now that there was no offer. So resorting to insults just shows the assumption everyone has is correct.

Also understand that personal insults are against forum rules and if you start down that road you might find yourself to be on the defense because so far we have all been very polite to you.

I am afraid you basically stood up to the best guy on the board. This guy has saved people thousands not to mention heartache many times over. One day mark my words if you stay you will pay this guy homage for helping as he will forgive you if you pick up right attitude a true serial helper can be of real assistance.

Are you sure that this doesn't turn out to be the appraisal scam here where perpetrator is offering silly money for domain name only to ask for an appraisal hence why you are here. But it must be their appraisal which means your getting conned and upset with the experts as you believe not realising your also being deceived.
