XR can be X Reality or Extended Reality.

Either way it describes the spectrum just like mixed reality.

Been looking around and shopping for a while now, saw many companies choosing to rebrand to xr or just starting with xr in their names..

Those are only some of my findings that are already developed (there are many more undeveloped by major companies like unity/sony etc..)

First dip into XR. BTW: I can see sales and interest in both, but is there any preference (from buyers or in terms of average sales etc.) in whether the term "XR" is at the start or the end?

Two days ago one of my XR domains started receiving lots of visits in comparison with previous months and I am still wondering why. It went from 5 to 100 daily visits approx.

Has anybody noticed anything similar?

My other XR domains are receiving the same little traffic as always.

1)money talks, let no one decide for you
2)make sure to prioritize non dashed versions if possible.
3) personally I got 230 names and 2 of them are dashed ones and at least one of them won't be renewed.
If I had less names I would keep them both but I don't so next advice is to keep it small and shiny be it dashed or non dashed.

I feel a nice sale coming soon

I check the search volume for XR on the Googs every now and then. It's been at 2,400 for a while. Now it's at 2,900.

I get the logic though as you first want to cash in and get money for your initial investment.
In a later stage when the tech and domain value get more mainstream you can wait for better offers
