Jamie Zoch let me and others know last week that Uniregistry would start publishing sales data. I think it's great Uniregistry will be doing this on a regular basis. Here are the top 20 domain name sales for Uniregistry Brokerage for the month of July 2019. They could not include some sales due to NDA's.1. haze.com - $230,0002. bestdeals.com - $105,0003. katie.com - $100,0004. phrase.com - … [Read more...]

it will be nice to have the monthly list from Uniregistry, thanks for the article @equity78
I really like the name phrase(.)com that sold.
Interesting to see a .cn and a .co among the 5 figure sales, although .com mainly dominated the list.

Being an Aussie, my pick of the bunch is Kanga(.)com. A nice brandable and a good price for the buyer imo.

Note: You haven't quoted a price on the site for Haze.com, but here you have it as $230,0002 ... Might wanna update the website or may be an error.

I can explain that Jag, the list was sent out, it was correct, then as sometimes happens, you get an email, "Example.com was not supposed to be published, please remove." So on TheDomains I did that but I did email them saying the horse has left the barn, it's been quoted and published on Namepros and could not edit.

Can't you edit the main post on here? ( like how I did on my last message ? )

Thanks for explaining and thanks for sharing 😁👍

It's good they decided to share because lack of information on their sales may discourage people from using their platform.

They have reported large batches in the past.

still... congratulations on a great sale! I had my eye on it and was waiting for some extra funds, needless to say I wouldn't have gone that high but it was a good buy.

From next week, Uniregistry will apparently begin releasing their top 20 sales on a weekly basis:

“Thanks to a decision to start releasing their top 20 sales (that are not subject to non disclosure agreements) each week, the industry will now get a much better picture of what is happening in the aftermarket week in and week out.”

DN Journal

The last volume Uni sales report I know of was for Q1 2018 and it was massive. To see it all you even need to also view an attached PDF:

http://www.dnjournal.com/archive/domainsales/2018/20180502.htm

As for me I’m super happy with my experience on the Uni Market where I have over 2,000 domains and in the first half of this year alone sold 12 names for just over $40,000. The market seems to be accelerating:

“The company brokered 5,445 domains for a total of $50.1 million last year [2018], up from $38.9 million in 2017.”
