7-Day Public Auction results in the most exposure.

If you use Offer/Counteroffer or Offer/Counter Offer with Buy Now, make sure you set a high Minimum Offer or you'll be slammed with low offers.

Offer/CounterOffer works best for me.

I managed to sell about 50 domains or so in the 7 day auction process. But never got a single offer on offer/counter offer.

Do you guys promote the domains on offer/counter offer with some of the paid listings or just list it?

I listed some of my domains on GoDaddy 7 day auction. The view count was 3 for all of them and they were all me. Is it normal to see this kind of view count? Does it mean nobody saw the name or does it mean nobody clicked on the name to see the details?

How can we get more clicks for our listings sometimes it seems impossible to get any clicks how do people get massive amount of clicks?

Just register one very good name (instead of hundreds of not so good names). Then you'll receive more clicks I'm sure.

I've sold many domains on GD platform. For me, best listing type is, has always been BIN.
To gain more exposure, you can additional pay for listing across multiple categories.

Ironically, the highest exposure, interest and views are recorded immediately before or during the expiration (grace period). Oftentimes, combined with whois hits, I use the information to decide whether or not to renew a particular domain.

All in all, for highest exposure, list your domains across all available marketplaces - See my signature below.

Are those whois hits accurate?

Whois hits are recorded by GoDaddy - for each domain registered with them.
Agreed, whois hits alone not enough to make strategic decision of renewing or dropping a domain. You need additional metrics. So, the software ( DNHat ) I'm using to manage my marketplace provides deeper, more insightful analytics (see screenshot below).

For each domain landing page I have in place:
- Type-in traffic count;
- Exit link (where visitors go from the page );
- Search count (how many times the domain has appeared in the search results);
- Checkout counts to third-party payment gateways;
- How many offers (if any) received within a time-lapse.

Bearing in mind that DNHat ( https://dnhat.com ) has near-zero tolerance for spam bots and traffic, the stats are suitably reliable.
When you combine all the stats, with domain acquisition cost and number of bidders (if from aftermarket), there is just no way you can go wrong.

Most importantly, I no longer need to ask fellows on NP whether or not to drop/renew a domain.

There are other things you can use the stats to accomplish, too. For example, monetizing high type-in traffic domains by placing ads on them.

P.S.
By the way, I can see in recent access logs that you were blocked from accessing https://namecape.com
That's because your IP range has been abused several times in the past - not necessarily by you. I can whitelist you, if this is an issue.
