Hi,

Like the subject line says: how do I activate Afternic Fast Transfer for my domain listed on the Epik Marketplace??

I have an Epik registered domain listed on Epik Marketplace (domain is more than two months old). Listing it on SEDO as well and activating Sedo MLS was a breeze, but how do I activate Afternic Fast Transfer as well??

I've listed the domain on Afternic and it is "eligible" for fast transfer, and I have received an email from Afternic saying I must opt-in for fast transfer with my domain registrar Epik. But fast transfer status says "No (Opt-in required)".

But I have not received any email from Epik, and I can't seem to find it anywhere inside my account to do it manually??

Please help!!

Regards,
Mastermint

Here is the support article for Sedo:

I see we are missing an article for Afternic.

Will ask @Jess Robison to chase down the how-to for that. We'll also review the UX with @Ala Dadan to see if we can make the MLS listing process intuitive. The solution I have been seeking is the ability to allow users to manage the MLS listings directly from the Epik control panel.

Details to follow.

Thanks Rob, great support! :)

The email eventually arrived after a couple of hours :)

Keep up the good work!

I'm a beginning but know some things. Request: Explain why SEDO and AFTERNIC are both needed. Is that because it's not known yet who the buyer is and it could make a difference given the buyer? Thank you!

That's the way to go! Getting listed on multiple MLS should be as simple as selecting some check boxes from your domain control panel of your registrar. The current email confirmation is a terrible design.

@Kassey Lee DynaDot do the best job of this currently imo. Though you can't list the domains on Afternic/Sedo directly, you can at least opt in from the control panel once you've listed them. Efty is also cool for allowing you to list on Sedo directly.

@Rob Monster if you could get something like this at Epik it would be muy bueno. I am planning on regging and transferring some names with the September special. Your marketplace features are great.

We are about to announce an important project.

You could call it a Flippa-killer with a verified MLS with containerized hosting where the buyer of entire sites can get the complete solution with no-nonsense and no surprises:

- Domain name
- Hosting
- Analytics
- Social handles
- Trademarks

The bones are in places with the upgraded Epik domain marketplace:

https://marketplace.epik.com/

Mobile-friendly responsive layout, multi-language ready, with integrated support to buy, lease or finance in fiat or crypto, plus the ability to apply for asset-secured loans.

We'll be announcing a naming contest soon for this re-brand of a stand-alone marketplace.
