I use wordpress. It's all modular, almost anything you can imagine can be build from pre-existing plugins. I am aware of much of what is possible with wp! If it doesn't exist, or I can't do it, I can still help you find a deal on getting it done.
Here are a couple of my sites, each built using about 20 plugins...page speed isn't as important as content! If they come, spending 10-15 minutes on your site, you'll rank! You just need a good site and they'll come. It takes me weeks to make each of those sites - to get that kind of dedication from anyone online is difficult.
If you don't have any good domain or good idea you could just help me uploading pics, adding alt tags and creating titles. I like working with someone, keeps me motivated. I like both us be involved.
