Watertown.com would be a monster name.
WatertownMA.com limits you greatly to someone who lives in Watertown (only about 30K people do)
WatertownMassachusetts limits you even more to someone who lives in Watertown, that is stupid enough to buy a 24 character name who assumes most people can spell Massachusetts without auto-complete.

It might be worth holding on to, but like barman said, it's very long at 24 characters. It would be a very specific end-user wanting such a long name.
