My initial though when reading the name was that it's about real estate... like flipping houses locally. That seems to be the case. The $5K it sold for previously was for the business (clickbank course), not just the name.

I think it's a decent name. "Flip formula" would be a lot better. But this one, seems like the kind of name that you can put a $2K BIN without question. When someone wants to come along to create another course about flipping houses locally, this would be the name for them.
