[Squadhelp] Domains approved for premium listing, but showing blank sales page.

Has anyone else had their domain(s) approved via Squadhelp and their sales page only showing up as blank/white? It's been a full week since they were approved and since I switched to their nameservers. My listings have both been getting hits, but I'm afraid nobody is actually seeing the sales page.

Anyone familiar with SH with some insight?

It's my first time to hear about that issue. Have you tried a different browser?

Your pages are not blank, they are showing "500 errors". You have to report this to SH.

My listing seems to be working fine. Try clearing browser cookies, or remove and then re-add nameservers.

Thanks everyone for your input!

I'd previously tried clearing cookies/cache and private browsing to see if that would fix it. The reason for the issue is due in part to the 500 error noted by @NYJimbo. I'd gotten in touch with two individuals on the support team that have since forwarded this open ticket to the engineer team. Has anyone had to submit a request for this? How long did it take to sort out?
