The guy who bought it is Korean [that's where they build a lot of ships ] I offered to buy it from him, but he simply proceeded to immediately raise the asking price on undeveloped. I have XR.training.

I would Counter if that is their first offer. If you know the lead,you hold the ace on how to negotiate.Nothing wrong in countering an offer with a reasonable price.

Personally, I'd take the offer on this one.

While I usually would counter the first offer that gets through, considering the length and complexity, I'd sell as I'm not sure how many others would come knocking.

It would be a big sale for XR + word + word. I think it's a fair offer. If they come at you with 2200, maybe they would edge higher (Maybe 2800?), but I think it's reasonable. I have XRdesigns and DesigningXR, and I'd probably take that offer. Well done, btw. Congratulations! How did the offer come in?

Hey, I decided not to sell yet. Not because I'm being greedy, but I want to wait and see what happens with XR over the next year or two. But whatever happens I won't regret my decision

@Cypherpunk Thank you, I agree they have a lot of potential. I handregged VirtualReality.earth in 2015. Also got xrMind which I like.

@Elad n I think that Microsoft is big news for XR branding, they pretty much state it themselves in the press release. Bill Gates did fund the "XR Education Challenge" over a year ago. Despite Apple being a wallflower, this gives me increased confidence in a flourishing XR ecosystem.

The new sony VR headset is rumored to have a 220 degree FOV and eyetracking with foveated rendering. I assume they will use new Qualcomm XR chips. Sony has the largest VR distribution now, as far as I know. This one might go gangbusters.

But will they rebrand to Windows XR / Microsoft XR? The press release does make a point to clearly differentiate the three technologies. Doesn’t look like the death of mixed reality.
