I believe the number of views resets back to 0 at the beginning of each month. This would explain the graph "crash."

You’re correct. Even with monthly views increasing overall, with the beginning of each month it looks like the viewer numbers are falling.

Just using yours as an example!

BUT just my 2 cents for all of us.... @Reza I think if you want to keep the dark green font, the colors, should be switched on the TEXT!...Make the DOMAIN NAME WHITE, and the ( this domain is for sale) part the DARK GREEN.

As of now, doesn't really matter what IMAGE we select ...this COLOR is HARD TO SEE on any background! ( other than a white one) Yet....When I HIGHLIGHT my name on the lander( as if Im about to copy it)..look how much more clear and easy the name is to read!!

For an example look at my CannaPro.org the image is good, but the name is NOT clearly readable nore does it pop out at you.......

NOW......HIGHTLIGHT the name................How well are you able to see and read it after doing so?????

means the switch to the new system brings in a lot of variables
some of them may bring harm
you don't know yet
as it was untestable


but a new layout
is a superfluous change

and w/o testing
an unnecessary threat
to the performance

@Reza or better yet I have a fantastic idea.....

Make the DOMAIN NAME match the BUY IT NOW BUTTON!

Green Box with white letters! It will Stand out NO MATTER the background/image!

You could even go a step further, and make it "clickable" just as the BIN button is....Giving each name essentially..2x The chances of a 1step/click to the "Buying Processes "!

It would be great to have an option to bulk edit rent prices just as we can edit sales prices.
Is that something you’re planning to implement?

@Reza why still no option to add price when adding domain names? I'm adding at once 20-30 domains and its so waste of time to set BIN prices for each one after they are submited, please add such option with ability to choice currency (eur,usd).

Undeveloped is my #1, But I wanna see it more better in the future so I recommend these two:

A way to accumulate earnings (Since my sales are in $$ range, I have to atleast accumulate it till it reach $500 for a wire transfer)

And secondly, Your own domain registrar. That's real #Automation.

Anyways, Big Up Bros.

Accumulating earnings is great but touches on a gray area as DAN isn't a bank or similar and for holding customers funds they'd need proper licensing. I see it more as a legal hurdle than a development one.

Also, it could be very nice if they became partners with any of the domainer-friendly registrars (Dynadot, Namesilo, Epik) to allow payouts to the registrar account without fees.

DAN/Undeveloped (Domain marketplace) is a separate company and DAN's payment processor is registered in Chamber of Commerce under the name Stichting (Foundation) Undeveloped Escrow. So, if the DAN faces any trouble, the money is secured under the Foundation and that makes a big difference in the security.

True but my point was about legally being able to hold customer's funds for indefinite periods remains valid

Delaying funds availability is a common industry practice. It’s a rare bank that doesn’t charge big fees per transaction. Wire transfer to China bank.. it can cost about $10- $50 (or more) for each transfer. (I guess that's the reason they puts a hold and protect you to some extent, not paying fees and losing the money; wire $30, fees $40 = -$10)

New landing pages are converting fine for me so far, I far prefer the old green BIN buttons but the only thing that matters is what converts better and so far I think these new landing pages are doing better. Just IMO as dan will know best what converts better.

I think what matters most is a quality of each domain name, the landing page being secondary reason for a conversion.

Do anyone here notice the sudden influx of chinese traffics even on domains that are completely irrelevant to them? For example i m getting hits from them on some of my american geos. I m finding it odd and also considering filtering them out.

Any thought please?

@Reza On portfolio page.
When you hover onto a domain, it'll be nice that it highlights the entire row (domain, price, monthly views, etc..).
Just like it does with sedo and afternic.

@Reza being able to select which domain displays a traffic graph would be nice too.
Ticking a box on domain description page that overrides whatever is in settings.

Hi Argentum, we have that option since 2017 . In the bulk importer tool, select the option "edit prices" and download the template. Use that template to upload domains with BIN's and your Minimum prices.

Can find no setting for that. By default that info should not be published, especially if any info is classified as PII under GDPR.

Thanks for the feedback, we currently do have the option to show only traffic for domains with +100 views but not one to disable the stats per domain.

The rental feature is still being tested and needs refinement. End-users don't feel comfortable renting domains yet. Once this feature results in greater successes for our users we'll dedicate more time on building out features for it.

At the moment, our new Lease to own model is getting most of our attention since that model is proven to be accepted by end-users and is resulting in very valuable additional portfolio liquidity for sellers.

Soon we'll introduce completely revamped for sale pages where the lease to own model takes the main stage on the lander.

Hi Carob,

The blockchain explorer only shows the last 20 transactions for transparency purposes. Your buyers need to be able to verify their transactions 24/7 and real-time for trust purposes. Our blockchain is 100% GDPR compliant as we do not store or publish any of your personal information there. We only store your blockchain ID (see your back office) per transaction for legal purposes.

The blockchain will become continuously more important for the legal side of all your deals so disabling it is not an option we're considering offering.

A bit later down the road, we want to allow buyers and sellers even to digitally sign the smart contract themselves. By doing this, transactions are significantly more legalized for buyers and this will result in, for example, fewer cancelations. The entire experience will be visual, with direct links to the explorer where the buyer can verify and look into the smart contract that's now legalized. More on this later.

I wouldn't block them, we're seeing more Chinese buyers and sellers active at DAN.COM so I don't think that traffic is per se bot traffic.
