Received a first offer $2000, buyer's final offer $3000, buyer also is aiming to negotiate for an alternative (.co extension) in case the .com cannot be secured.

What do you advice, accept $3k? Before, i have many offers in range low xxxx

Thanks

Buyer said that will buy .Co at GoDaddy's marketplace for $3000
This works in your favour. Now your 9k counter offer is in effect voided and when they come knocking in a year or two for the .Com you can quote a new price of 25k+.

No way is he going to buy the .co

He must be bluffing. I would accept 5-7k as someone said, but others have suggested a higher price. However, I don't think they would ever go for the .co. They are fishing out your price floor.

If I am in your position, this is what I will do. Stay firm on my price. If no one buys it within the next few years, all I loose is just renewal fees. 5 years x $10 = $50 renewal. And I am sure that it will be sold for the amount I asked or even higher within the next few years. If I sell at $9k a few years later, then all I lost was just another $50.
Given the fact that there are so many enquiries in the past for this domain, you will not be short of buyerr and eventually someone will fork out the higher amount for it and it could well be them. My personal valuation...$15k ( peanuts to a cosmetics company ). I am sure there could well be a a good number of NP members what will gladly offer you anything above the $3k now.

Refuse

Please note

I know nothing about domain names lol

But celebrities want cosmetic brands and they have deep pockets

Do a Google search

Celebrities with cosmetics brands

Etc

You have the perfect time brand especially at the moment

But it's down to your financial situation etc

Only you know whether you are in a position to be able to refuse $3k etc

I'd pas it to

Dave evanson

And let him broker it

But again

I know nothing about domains lol

Type

Royal cosmetics

In to

Twitter

And you'll see a company called that that has its 32nd anniversary in business

Etc

Who I would have thought would want that

I don't see why you need to deliberate. You can get 3 much better names at $1k than the name you are selling. Sell and then move on to upgrading your portfolio.
