Could be Journey Seva, seva being Sanskrit word meaning "selfless service".

Yes, but still English + hindi combination without much commercial intent should not sell for more than $100 in any auction in my opinion.

Fake sale. Buyer must have hit BIN and never paid.

It seems legit sale, the website is up and running.

Oh, is it.
I still not have 100% trust on flippa sales. There must be a different side of the story.

@Avijit Roy For example I am seeing this.
https://flippa.com/10226277-journeyseva-com

Above listing ended without sale (offer price $10,000) on approx 16th of july 2019 which is several days later to the said sale date.

and no other sale thread found for this domain on flippa (via google search).

Important to know that classified listings generally do not expire.

So, I am deducing that this is the same listing thread which got sold for $9500, but sale cancelled, the buyer got the domain at an alternate agreement (price not disclosed) and then seller closed the classified thread on flippa.

On a different view, The website looks well developed and there are already 50+ blog posts within a months time, so the new owner is passionate about the project. Hence sale can be legit.
