Hello @Donny , I'm a new voodoo user since May, CPC rates look great to you. I would like to ask when the summary of the month appears in the section "My account -> payment settings -> transactions" ? I mean the summary for payment processing and any deductions (hopefully not :)) . As I understand, paypal payments are processed on the net30 system, right? this month we can expect payments around June 28, right? Thank you for your answers and time. Greetings to the voodoo team.

@minomanir - correct. Payments are sent around the 28th of the month, usually the last business day of the month.

As far as when will the numbers show up under transactions, it will probably be on Monday or Tuesday of next week. The person who handles that for us is currently on vacation this week.

Hi!

Anyone experiencing that the "user search" field seems to be gone on Voodoo.com parked domains? I have parked domain on other platforms using the same feed provider and no problem there with the user searches?

The Search Box on some of our templates has been removed as we are doing some a/b testing. Not many other parking companies have the search box anymore.

Donny correct me if I'm wrong but,
didn't the search box help finetune what keywords would appear on the lander page?

Lately (lately = last few months) I see *a lot* of completely irrelevant ads on the landers. Can it be that the loss of the searchbox played a role in that?

OK, I see. I've tried a few templates and one was called "search box only" - that particular template does not make much sense without it :)

We just removed the search box last week. Tuesday if I remember correctly.

And based on the amount of actual searches that happened, we are talking about less than 0.2% of all clicks come from the search box.

Ah, yes, the search box only template should have a search box on it. :) Just went and talked with some of my programmers about it.

No problems with payments but seems their response time is nothing like I'm used to where I got a reply within 24hrs.
Created a ticket on the 27th of Feb and no response yet.

I had to email him personally.
Apparently he was out sick at the time I contacted him. I talked with his wife who sorted my ticket out.

It's been quite a few days though. I hope everything is ok with him.

Been two months and none of my tickets have been responded to. Additionally, I've noticed names I add to my account seem to work properly at first, but many will either not resolve or revert to being a 'house' name. Sad to see as I have been a fan for many years.
