It is nice of you to offer your time and opinions, but to keep yourself sane and to allow yourself time to eat, sleep. think, etc. you really have to stick to your guns on your rules.

You should probably put that line (along with any other requirements you have) at the bottom of each appraisal in the event someone comes into the thread on a recent post and does not look at your original post.
