Just wondering what the general thoughts are about whether the recent trend to legalize marijuana will boost the prices of pot-related domains?

Stay on topic i had a non payer for $950 at sedo who 17 days later checks in with them today and says he had thought he had paid. I have his info from failure of first sale, he got off easy as i know sedo would have dinged him. Its a 2 word sauce, been packing it around for 7 years.
My GF thought it up 2012 when even i reggae absolute trash.
I started to load up on 2 word when Mike Latona newsletter was coming out. Said 2 word was next 1 word. Far from a great portfolio i have, but it looks better every day, one of the reasons i come here.
I will say my best names have sold, hemp wise, so quality does matter.

Thanks! That's awesome news! Killing like always....Honestly The names i have listed at PD are not that great...so it makes since I've had 0 offers there...I actually just switched a few NS from there to DAN today,

( ps..still 0 bites on my Edibles...LOTS of news talk but no action and I do have 1 or 2 Good ones in that niche)

Who are your typical customers...not names, but area of business? Are they other speculators/investors? Or start ups? Or existing companies? Or?

I’ve sold to big companies and investors. In this case I really don’t know much about the buyer. He’s in the pot biz but at what level I couldn’t say.

My payment plan deal fell through- ghosted after a solid initial offer of 1.5k. It was either for hempseller or trycbd/couk, can’t remember now which, they both fell through. I’m not selling as low anymore, maybe that’s part of it.
DomainAgents has a nice option where you can offer financing right into your negotiation. First time using their service, I like their platform quite a bit but I don’t think they do anything to facilitate the sale happening like godaddy’s service( not to say those people have been impressive closing deals.)
I have not closed a sale in months and now summer is here and buyers are even more scarce.
Gotta get my hustle on.
