Got my second domain sale today! New Orleans + 2 keywords .com for $300.00 to end user. I emailed 28 companies and got a call and closed the deal.

Canada does buy .coms. Australia doesn't anymore but Canada is still good enough.. Also aim for a 20% sales ratio; it's totally possible if you get more selective. I achieved this rate for many years before shifting to mostly inbound sales.

Competitive keyword .coms can sell to Canada easy.

In this particular case it is a moderately competitive keyword if you check the metrics, "Volume: 720/mo | CPC: $1.15 | Competition: 0.27" but search volume is good. And then you go to google check the number of end users and if that number is sufficient enough you can go for it. (30+ is ideal)

If you go and analyze Rohit's or other outbound pros sales in this thread you can find the sweet spot for these metrics.

Yes in Canada they purchase com. In case geo domains there are only very few countries who like com apart From US and canada

1. There is no lack of decent geo domains, you just need to focus on right keywords... I can prepare list of 100+ geo domains in a hour on daily basis...

2. If you into hand registration game of geo domains than purchasing them at full cost can never be viable... You have to keep track of promo offers by various registrar... Connectreseller.com offered com domains for $3 couple of months back... Presently lcn.com is running offer of 1.8 pound for com domains

Completely agree with you... What matters the most is the selling price... If you price your domains in low to mid xxx and approach right user than anyone can have regular sales...

Nope I guess, honolulu one did not update at all since 2004 and all his sales are handregs , this is very old. Also it is CHICAGOMEDICALMALPRACTISELAWYER.COM , not chicagomedicalmalpracticelawyer

One question, I see domain Storagebinrental.com is for sale now for 299$ at undeveloped/Dan, is it by you or new user who kept it for sale for 299$? Also is this sale completed or still in process? For selling domain name which type of payment procedure/escrow/platform used?

Godaddy still shows registrant contact as yours? So please clarify!
