I guess your only picking and choosing what to read in the TM. You need to read it all to understand the context. The TM was owned by a Tax company, the TM continues that tradition.

This TM does not apply to the cryptocurrency called Libra.

It sold on Godaddy. It's on DnJournal's weekly sales list. I also think it went cheap!

I have listed Libra dot camp for sale for under $200. Currently listed with the domain service provider only (Namecheap). Should I go for other marketplaces like Flippa, Empireflip etc? Please suggest.

Any idea how much Namecheap would keep for a sale through their platform?

I can assure you no company will buy them from you if it can result in a lawsuit. Your only option will be to let them expire or flip them to domainer who knows less about TM's than you do.

I believe that FB bought this trademark from that company. That trademark is now owned by FB.

The only Libra related domains I registered. I'm staying clear from the word "libra" though. But good luck to those who are though...

That's correct, I think I stated that on one of the "libra" threads. Some new domainers are still going on a reg frenzy for libra names that will expire as usual

The Asian coalition has been announced!

This corporate coalition blockchain led by Kakao has a similar tech model to the Libra Blockchain.

The major Asian organizations, Kakao, LG, PubG and more will integrate Klatyn in their platforms.

Expecting announcement of stablecoins on this Blockchain, we'll see which currencies they support.

These corporates tend to be a little more conservative than Facebook so I'm guessing they will be friends with all the various Asian countries and support their local currency with full capital controls and backdoors for the governments.

Missing from this coalition: major Chinese organizations and major SE Asian players.

So I feel relatively safe with the domain registration.
