Lcn.com sucks

If I typing my domain on the second field it says "a password reset link has been sent to my email x*****@x***x.com but there's no reset link on my gsuite email account. I tried several times to reset a password got no link

Lcn.com is so awful I am really frustrated .

I've lost several valuable domains that later got picked up on backorder. because if you ordered a transfer to LCN and the auth codes are incorrect. they have no system set up to let you know via email that the your transfer failed because of incorrect auth codes.

ALSO.

their system conveniently has chunks of domains from your list DISAPPEAR when you load your domain list.

Then magically they pop up. but AFTER they have gone into redemption.

Although it has to be said their redemptions fees are cheaper than Godaddy's $80. LCN is $64

Created a ticket 8 hours ago still no response this is annoying

Yesterday I have resetted my password within seconds...
Was delivered into my Inbox... Google Apps on my own .PRO domain...

nothing wrong with LCN if you have a issue with them contact support or ring for a fast response don't see any point in this thread..

Well, they are slow as f*ck at times. I needed to adjust some custom nameservers and that took them days as I had to go through support to get it done.

Transferring away the domain to namesilo,then updating the custom servers was actually faster.

They're ok but they're not very domainer friendly in my experience.

As for OP's issue, contact them and you'll be fine... Eventually.
