He is not saying this is new news, obviously. Leaf is pretty damn invested in hemp, he knows it’s versitility and it’s future backwards and forwards.
Hemp is incredible is that’s worth stating over and over, a bit like how a sunset stays incredible and is worth mentioning, billions of years later.

In regards to Industrial hemp, This summer just gone I cross breed Hokkaido hemp with master hemp to produce a sack full of seeds for a venture I think could be prosperous Hempfeed.co.nz for animal feed. There will be less regulation on animal feed compared to human consumption. Dairy farming in NZ is one of our biggest if not the biggest industry and supplementary feed is huge to them in cold climates.

What’s Incredible is the history and where we are today with all of this. It’s mind bending. It’s completely politically driven and just so backwards. It’s realky f-ud.

If in my lifetime one would see in all likelyhood hundreds of thousands of acres this crop planted nationwide. I'd say your nuts. How this came together, go figure.

Around the midwest one will see hemp crops as we do see corn, that's underwater or not planted. Old timers remember this being planted similarly.

Sure thier was some activity in Kentucky for a few years and test plots around the country. But for this too be packaged onto the farm bill ( that comes up every 5 Years ) the fact this product is legal nationwide soon, is another just stroke of luck. CBD will be as common as Caffeine some day.

The extract machines have come along ways funded by the Cannabis guys. Another synergies that is timely.

For the few that hold Hemp ( Cbd ) domains and had the foresight, the returns should be deserving.

If the farm bill didn't pass it would have been a long hold. Like till 2024. Hemp would have been a small niche market, if any market.

I'm guessing the internet had a hand in it. It swiftly delivered objective data showing that marijuana is not dangerous but beneficial to society.
It also revealed the ugly and hideous truth regarding why it was deemed illegal to begin with, with its racial overtones and complete fabrications of being irredeemably bad.

The lowest comparable sale I’ve found was $400 but the average sales are closer to $2000 ...

I had it listed just with a “make offer”....

The offer is a measly $50.

My question to you guys is would you counter with the more reasonable price of $2000-$2500? Or would you send it to auction and hope that some other bidders got involved... but knowing, that if nobody else did get involved then the domain would be “locked in” and sold for $50.

Depends on you and cost. If your not okay with that amount, counter the price offered to avoid regrets.

Put a buy now up of what you actually want for it send a message to the low baller.

I definitely would not send it to auction unless it’s a name you were thinking about dropping anyway.
Agreed about setting a bin and then contacting the bidder.
If you share the name it’s easier to figure this out of course.
