Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.
Totally agree, would also like to see pages revamped as in no click able links on bottom of the landing page. There should only be two clickable links on the landing page Buy now and make offer.
I wouldn't want potential buyers to be distracted by going down to page and clicking twitter, Facebook or explorer links.
I wanted to say the same thing. An option in our settings to remove both the footer and the search bar would be perfect
Without redirecting to their internal marketplace we will miss the chat support, while we can't see if change anything some buyer prefer to chat with a person first. Anyway @Reza already said they will change the layout when the redirect is on anywayThis is already available.
Go to Settings.
For Sale Page.
Field ''Host your for sales page on DAN.com''
Uncheck ''Redirect your buyers to your internal marketplace for sales page''
What this will do is:
1/ remove all footers and stuff you don't want.
2/ typing your domain.com will forward to yourdomain.com, instead of undeveloped.com/yourdomain
It's been there for a while.
And I just realized the importance of having live chat to make a decision.Without redirecting to their internal marketplace we will miss the chat support, whilte we can't see if change anything some buyer prefer to chat with a person first. Anyway @Reza already said they will change the layout when the redirect is on anyway
which browser do you use? The landing page you refer to looks different than our version.
@Reza
At https://intodns.com check any domain which is parked at ns1.dan.com and ns2.dan.com - and you will see your errors.
They are improperly configured.
Please also don't set any MX records.
I see MX record even using old configuration.keep using ns1.undeveloped.com and ns2.undeveloped.com
Yes, you haven't said this here.
But in your panel when clicking Nameservers button - exactly ns1.dan.com and ns2.dan.com are displayed.
???The MX records are always disabled on parking for security reasons.
The preference changes too, every time you come to portfolio page. Like if you assort them as 'last added' it will automatically change view back to 'views' or whatever the default is.Portfolio page.
Won't remember to show 250 domains per page, resets to 25 as soon as you refresh.
I've tried in private browsing too.
I guess it's just us being picky. I personally get the revolutionIt will take some time until everyone realizes the depth and importance of what Reza has just done. It's really revolutionary, unlike anything that we've ever seen in this rather dull industry.
I anticipate that in the following years, digital assets will become ubiquitous and the DAN will be ready to tackle all kinds of assets. DAN will be internally rebranded from Domain Automation Network to Digital Asset Network, providing a much needed infrastructure to transact contracts powered by the Blockchain.
I see people in this forum criticizing the rebrand and the new UI, and they're really missing the point. The new name gives automatic trust for being a 3L dot com and is universally understood beyond the English speaking community. Try to explain to a Spanish buyer what the hell is Undeveloped or how to spell it. The UI is a work in progress and was not really the goal of this initial launch.
While everyone is entitled to an opinion, I see a lot of the criticism as a mere resistance to change. I bet that in two weeks nobody will be complaining anymore.
me too.I still can't find a lasting road.I tried Undeveloped.com for more than six months. 63 domains, thousands of impressions, zero leads. I'm now moving all of my domains elsewhere. I had zero success with this service, which is a shame because I like the way they do things (installment options, etc.).
I do like the new name, although I think I would simply call it DAN - not DAN.COM. Isn't using the domain extension as part of the brand a bit outdated? Also, they have removed the text beneath the logo. I forgot exactly what it said, but something like "Domains. Securely. Easily". I kind of miss that since DAN.COM in itself does not really indicate that it is a domain marketplace.
