Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Totally agree, would also like to see pages revamped as in no click able links on bottom of the landing page. There should only be two clickable links on the landing page Buy now and make offer.

I wouldn't want potential buyers to be distracted by going down to page and clicking twitter, Facebook or explorer links.

I wanted to say the same thing. An option in our settings to remove both the footer and the search bar would be perfect

This is already available.
Go to Settings.
For Sale Page.
Field ''Host your for sales page on DAN.com''
Uncheck ''Redirect your buyers to your internal marketplace for sales page''

What this will do is:
1/ remove all footers and stuff you don't want.
2/ typing your domain.com will forward to yourdomain.com, instead of undeveloped.com/yourdomain

It's been there for a while.

I would also center the domain as there is a lot of empty space in the center.

Without redirecting to their internal marketplace we will miss the chat support, while we can't see if change anything some buyer prefer to chat with a person first. Anyway @Reza already said they will change the layout when the redirect is on anyway

And I just realized the importance of having live chat to make a decision.
We need Live recent transactions (''3 minutes ago'') along with sales volume on landers. I hope it's in the upcoming update. Along with 3L DAN.com it really creates trust. You won't need to show namebio to impress buyer anymore LOL!
I swear this DAN thing got me excited.

which browser do you use? The landing page you refer to looks different than our version.

Chrome 75.0.3770.88 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)

@Reza

At https://intodns.com check any domain which is parked at ns1.dan.com and ns2.dan.com - and you will see your errors.
They are improperly configured.

Please also don't set any MX records.

We never said to any user to use ns1.dan.com and ns2.dan.com. Please don't switch and keep using ns1.undeveloped.com and ns2.undeveloped.com

Yes, you haven't said this here.
But in your panel when clicking Nameservers button - exactly ns1.dan.com and ns2.dan.com are displayed.

I see MX record even using old configuration.
Why you set this record? I don't need any email monetization or something like that.

You're absolutely right, that shouldn't be the case. We'll edit the button right away.

The MX records are always disabled on parking for security reasons.

Great to see the innovation and congrats on the progress and hard work @undeveloped.

Perhaps i'm the only one but I loved the old green buy it now buttons I feel the new ones are much duller and less eye catching. Also I think the price/domain was bolder before or at least that was what I thought it used to be.

Another idea is to perhaps make more of the IBM partnership on the landing pages as that will engender trust especially with the USA market.

Other points about getting rid of the links in the footer etc. I concur with.

Just a few early thoughts.

I hope there will be a "brandable" filter to show made up names (that not contain but related to a keyword)

Portfolio page.
Won't remember to show 250 domains per page, resets to 25 as soon as you refresh.
I've tried in private browsing too.

The preference changes too, every time you come to portfolio page. Like if you assort them as 'last added' it will automatically change view back to 'views' or whatever the default is.

It will take some time until everyone realizes the depth and importance of what Reza has just done. It's really revolutionary, unlike anything that we've ever seen in this rather dull industry.

I anticipate that in the following years, digital assets will become ubiquitous and the DAN will be ready to tackle all kinds of assets. DAN will be internally rebranded from Domain Automation Network to Digital Asset Network, providing a much needed infrastructure to transact contracts powered by the Blockchain.

I see people in this forum criticizing the rebrand and the new UI, and they're really missing the point. The new name gives automatic trust for being a 3L dot com and is universally understood beyond the English speaking community. Try to explain to a Spanish buyer what the hell is Undeveloped or how to spell it. The UI is a work in progress and was not really the goal of this initial launch.

While everyone is entitled to an opinion, I see a lot of the criticism as a mere resistance to change. I bet that in two weeks nobody will be complaining anymore.

I guess it's just us being picky. I personally get the revolution
Meanwhile it must be desolation among certain registrars, they are pretty much screwed.
I often hear people say things like Dynadot Namesilo Uniregistry have good interface.
Imagine how interface and functionnalities for managing domains are going to be within DAN as a registrar.
:)

I tried Undeveloped.com for more than six months. 63 domains, thousands of impressions, zero leads. I'm now moving all of my domains elsewhere. I had zero success with this service, which is a shame because I like the way they do things (installment options, etc.).
me too.I still can't find a lasting road.

I don't know if it's possible, but I would love an integration with expireddomains.net so you have a lot of filters to search with.

IMO The work done by Reza and team has added a significant milestone chapter in domain industry as a whole. DAN looks promising and will benefit buyers and sellers in more than one way.
@Reza Keep up the good work and never stop 😎🤘

Yes, I see the potential with the updated/upgrades to undeveloped/dan.

I didn't jump with both feet into undeveloped because it seemed to be a market or 'clearing house' of domain inventory by the way it described itself on its own pages. Dan is a giant leap forward that in my mind will give even more legitimacy and value to our digital assets.

If they have come up with a clean way to integrate parking revenue/ads, small though it may be compared to the old days, it will help take away the sting of renewal fees.

Thank you Reza and those working to improve one of the ways we have of marketing our domains...the ripples being felt by the OG marketplaces must be huge!

(btw, I have decided not to 'pick' at anything or look too hard as the next 48 to 72 hours will be a shake out period that the coders need to see what is happening in the 'real world'. No matter how much beta or behind the scenes work is done, there is no way to fully see how a site works until it is launched)

Overall, I think it looks great and very professional. It is very nice to see recent sales and total sales on the frontpage.

Maybe increase the size of "the domain name xxx is for sale" and mention the partnership with IBM as someone already suggested.

The press release mentions installments of up to 60 months. Right now in the settings, the upper limit still seems to be 24 months.

I do like the new name, although I think I would simply call it DAN - not DAN.COM. Isn't using the domain extension as part of the brand a bit outdated? Also, they have removed the text beneath the logo. I forgot exactly what it said, but something like "Domains. Securely. Easily". I kind of miss that since DAN.COM in itself does not really indicate that it is a domain marketplace.

Anyway, Reza and team deserve a lot of credit for innovating in this industry.

+1 to this

@Reza Do you still charge 9% for inbound leads and 5% for leads that are not coming from Dan?

The 9% was a big issue for many
