I'm sure people own Libras domains...They aren't quite as good, but in some situations may be okay. ie, I own LibrasWallet.com

Alas, this is a high probability. Given the fact that the coin (Libra) and wallet ( calibra) will be controlled by a group of entities, other 3rd party agencies will not be involved. Hence, no other websites will be needed for trading/ buy/ selling. But domains around reviews/ rating/ news will be needed and will work

there will be a ton of 3rd party companies to handle the sales of libra; atms , kiosks, exchanges etc etc etc how do u think this quasi fiat currency will get into the hands of poor nations that they are going to target? online? this is NOT bitcoin! its way different. there will obviuosly be sales online but in many countries libra will be sold, exchanged traded etc one on one outside of the web portals. u cant make sweeping statements like these so early in the game.

Looking at most of the registrations in this thread, I wish I was the registrar.

I highly doubt there will be any physical kiosks, atms, banks, etc. It will face stiff resistence from governments of different countries just like how crypto is facing now. Lets not forget, it is challenging fiat currency. What happens has to happen online. No offline presence. Effectively, Libra will be akin to 'points' you collect and give while shopping online. Here, you can buy those 'points' and use it across FB platforms

well u r entitled to YOUR opinion but u r incorrect mate. so tell me how do the third world countries that fb plans to target get ahold of libra? if they dont have access to online? plus do u know that they plan to be competition for money mart western union etc etc?? so tell me how do the third world countries access libra online if they have next to no internet??

I'm no expert here, but resistance is a must, because it is literally challenging an old system of exchange. But nothing can stop whats coming. A one world currency has been planned even before facebook ever existed so anything is possible. You can expect congress to question them etc... and other banks and governments to challenge, but nothing will stop it. Yes they will start on FB platforms but it will expand far beyond that... All these big boys didn't join it so you can send $10 libras on whatsapp alone. That's just a warm- up...so governments don't have a heart attack.I don't think people know really how big this will be. Even when bitcoin came out and took off.. I knew it was just warming people and governmnets up..to pave the way for what's coming. I may not know much... but i guarantee that $20 paper money in your wallet isn't the future of money/exchange.

over 500 libra keyword domains have been registered in the last few days, if one tracks lean domain search, he/she can easily find that out, over 1000 in total are registered easily.
