I was watching some mixed martial arts matches this weekend and discovered the long arm of GoDaddy as a sponsor of MMA.

Maybe I'm late but I didn't know. Anyway, it was cool to see.

Here's the one I saw.

GoDaddy indirectly sponsors me at NameCult as well, via affiliate links that almost nobody clicks on ... lol ... Somehow I doubt I get anything close to what these guys got! Maybe I should start streaming some sort of domainer royal rumble, where the last domainer standing gets a free domain!? That would likely get me some sweet sponsorship $$$! :)

Last year they had an advertising blitz up here in Canada with one of the Toronto Raptors as a spokesperson for their hosting. (He had a fictitious pyjama site called DJ's PJs or something like that .. ironically enough I don't remember the actual domain .. lol). Not sure if the same player is still on this year's championship team .. but if so then I'm guessing we're due for another round of ads to capitalise on all the bandwagoners .. lol

I should try to get them to sponsor SteamieTheHotDog.com .. maybe get a few extra treats and more toy squirrels for my little guy! And although I've already asked them a few times, neither @Joe Styler nor @Paul Nicks have confirmed whether GoDaddy (and more specifically their slide) is dog friendly or not? lol

Absolutely dog friendly. For a while we actually had a dog at each campus for people to play with as they took a break, not sure if we've stopped that our not.
