How would you comment on the sale of NPAY.com for $25, 000.

Deal for the buyer (a steal) or Happy day for the seller?

Please give your opinion:

npay.com 25,000 USD 2019-06-16 EmpireNames.com

It's an inspiring flip, knowing the previous purchase price and holding time. Great sale.

Buyer is the winner in this case. It can easily go $30k or more.

According to the domains quality, it was more a flip than sale. The domain is perfect from every aspect.

Deal for end-user. Not a deal for an investor.

Deal for both parties.
Seller acquired name for 8k i think, so thats a 17k profit.
Sure, he could get much more for a huge keyword like pay, but it's still a win win.

How often do you make a 25K sale...
dudes portfolio..looks stacked too...

Considering the acquisition price and holding time, I would say that it is a mutually beneficial transaction. Many domainers would argue that @Riz M. could have gotten more, and I'm sure he could have, however, doing 10X+ in a short period of time and being able to increase your working capital that quickly is what makes it a great, profitable flip.

Money today is more valuable than money tomorrow.

According to Namebio, FPAY (.com) sold yesterday on Namejet for $15.500 USD.

I think the seller was the winner here myself, but honestly if both sides are happy with the price then everyone was a winner! :)

People saying it's a bad deal are the same people who would say 10k to 100k flip is a bad deal. XD
