So what? What's the business use case for the name? It's a very specific term to describe something in real estate ... not a concept or idea that someone can build a business on.

I don't see the value in it either. If it gets some type in traffic then hold onto it, but chances are you will hold onto this for years and not get a single offer.

I have vacantasset/com which is even more straight forward. For two straight years no single offer.
I'm dropping it. In fact it has expired, but still in grace period. You can get it. Just pay the renewal fee to Namesilo and it's yours.

Not because the term exists, the domain has value, or will have the opportunity to sell.

Example: I owned

Commercial Operation .com

super used term (YES)

Two words (YES)

Sales opportunity (NO)

so I let it go in 2015, now is for sale on buydomains.com...I regret?..hell not
