So is Transferwise kind of like a bank account ? I just opened my account today, as I like to have as many options as possible.

Does UnD put your money there and then you withdraw with a TW mastercard or do you have to then forward it elsewhere ?

Any info would be appreciated.

I have used it as a straight wire transfer and had the money the next day every time. Compare that to Escrow which took an ungodly 13 days after supposedly sending to hit my account. I don’t use the account feature just the wire feature.

We hear you guys, as always :). First, we're implementing Payoneer (that's already planned) and after that, we could also integrate Transferwise as an automated option.

As you know, we'd love to be flexible in how we work with you guys but we can't change our processes constantly based on individual requests.

Kind regards,

Reza
Thank you @Reza I sold a name just now and I have manually requested for transferwise. Let's see how it goes

Are you really comparing SEDO to Undeveloped? The company with the worst customer service and outrageous fees which hasn't done anything new in the last 10 years?
I use Sedo last 10 years... my primary escrow (3% / min. 60 USD/EUR).
Never had any issues and complaints on their customer service.
Even tomorrow I will start my next 4F sale via Sedo escrow... waiting for buyer's username...

Hi HayKay,

It's not a new service or process of us so I'm sure it'll process accordingly :).

Kind regards,

Reza

If 2000 is the limit, would it be possible to split payouts into series? E. g. 10k total results in 5 payments of 2k each.
@Reza
Could you comment on this?

wat happens in 4 days? BLOCKCHAIN??????????????????

Having said this, on the 18th of June we're launching our new platform. We've built parts of the new marketplace (the blockchain) in partnership with IBM (the oldest tech company in the world!). IBM has also created a case study of our new platform which will be published on our launch date.

This partnership but also other improvements we're launching will tackle some of the problems you raise.

Kind regards,

Reza

Thanks to Undeveloped, my $10k external sale via them failed as their staff told to the buyer that my domain is listed on Undeveloped as make offer with starting offer $5k and as result buyer cancelled deal..anyway few months later I sold that name for $20k (obviously not via Undeveloped) to another buyer so thanks to Undeveloped for failed sale!

External 10k sale via "them", what that even means? What was your minimum offer (if not 5k)?

? it was you who made the minimum offer 5k. Then you blame undeveloped?

Yeah, this needs a LOT more detail.

Lead (escrow) was created on Undeveloped by me (seller) with $10k agreed price. After that buyer was in contact with Undeveloped staff and they told him that domain is listed without fixed price but with minumun offer of $5k and he can make that offer to me (seller) and that caused buyer to thing that he overpays for domain which was already in escrow and he decided to cancel deal. Thats all.

Hard to imagine that UNDeveloped would bother to contact a potential buyer for any reason other than to collect payment. They’re not paid to do anything more than facilitate payment and transfer of domain.

Wow..This is not right if true.

Undeveloped's role shouldn't be "advisory" when an agreed price is already confirmed by buyer and seller.

I think there's more to this story.

wow that is disturbing if true @Reza

10k might be a small amount for undeveloped as a company but its a pretty big transaction and if this story is true than a mistake of one employee could have caused a lot of financial loss to someone. To put it into perspective 10k USD is more than what the avg Indian employee earns in an entire year.

but who listed the domain with a $5k minimum offer?

but he imported the lead , undeveloped should see that the negotiation has already been done and price was agreed

I dont think it was done intentionally. There might be a communication gap.
