Inquire form on Afternic

I'm not using Afternic, but I guess that if someone had filled the form, you would see it as a lead in your control panel

The buyer said it was sent a message via Afternic form but I didn't get any

You don't get the message. Afternic's team gets it and contact you when they verify that it's legitimate.
Afternic work very slow though so expect a delay for sure.. especially since the weekend intervenes
