new gtlds New gTLDs and trademark infringement

Hi,

I would like to register a new gTLD for a personal project, which is related to audio and visual art. Let's say I would register XXX.vision, where XXX would be a very generic word. I did a trademark check and found out that "XXX Vision" is a registered trademark for a company. My question would be, if I would infringe the trademark by using this domain. The business of the trademark owner has nothing to do with audio visual art (if that would be of relevance).
