There is new downvote and UN-downvote in namepros threads. I think the like, dislike, thank combo was awesome coz the whole namepros thing is a community where we learn by words from experts not some anonymous downvotes. What you think about them? Personally, I don't like the terms downvote and un-downvote as well.

Ps: the domain name undownvote.com is available for registration as well.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
As far as words go, "Un-Dislike" wasn't much (or any) better. They're awkward terms to describe a function concisely. :)

I am sorry but this is turning into a farce.......like or dislike was perfectly fine, why this has to be a big deal I will never know.

You either like the post or not, you either agree with the post or not - simple. If people are being offended by a simple dislike then the nanny state has won the war and we should all surrender now for mass nappy changes.

why not just keep the like/dislike and below it add agree/disagree......give the people a broader choice instead of having a "black or white" option......

why not add a happy emoji and sad emoji

why not
why not.......

mini rant done......going to go and enjoy the sunshine.....

Maybe we can put up a little icon under some users names that show a crying face which symbolizes that they are easily offended or saddened if they catch a little flack from a few users.

I think that would make it easier to see who to treat delicately instead of redesigning the whole web site to suit them.
