Hi,
I have a resellerclub account trough another provider (not direct with resellerclub),

yesterday a domain pushed out of one of my account, my domain reseller account provider said, I cant do anything (It did not go to another account under our account).

and resellerclub said trough chat:
1/You need to contact your service provider for this issue since they have the access to your account and will be able to assist you with your concern.
2/You do not have a direct account with us.
**no answer using contact us form

First time i got this issue,

what should i do ?????

just get an update from my provider : hi contacted resellerclub and awaiting an answer

I am guessing at this point work out how long ago you lost it. Google your name and see if it comes up in search engines. Work out if it is being used, listed, test email all whilst you await your response.

Just document everything you can down to the credit card transaction of last registration time date bank details etc.

i_ think that will be too late, especialy as the registrar dont answer,

just see that now the domain status whois is (pending transfert)

so he pushed the domain to an account with the same registrar, and now he is going to transfert the domain to another one

Get on telephone everyone you deal with ask to speak to their manager and move up the chain of command till you get someone that can help.

woohooo does it mean it is back in account or did you have auto transfer set up somewhere at a sales marketplace.
