there a person named Rami Steitieh from admin @ dnblackbook . com that is emailing people with the subject line of "[DNBlackBook.com] $8,000,000,000.00 Worth of ...'

but it not sales, it is a LIST of domains that sold in past.

first email:
Hey Guys,

This is gonna be sweet & Short.

I have something to offer you for a fraction of what it would cost or benefit anybody in the online world for $97 BUT this would be a bribe, meaning, you will have to fill a short survey that will help me a lot with my next project, if you're interested, reply back saying you're interested - but this is a 48 HOUR deal!

I urge you NOT to miss out!

Thanks,
-Rami

second email:
My Dearest friend,

It's your lucky day!

Thank you for your interest in this massive offer, please watch the video linked below, make your payment then fill up the survey and I'll deliver your product "manually" within 24 hours.

Yours,
-Rami

P.S. This is a very limited offer, please keep this link private as it's ONLY available to DNBB's members and will close in the next 24 hours!

P.P.S Do NOT delay taking action on this email, once the page is down, there will be NO exceptions, and the offer will be off, for Good!

i attach screenshot.

video is:

i think this guy just download a bunch of name bio data maybe?

he sells by telling: paste previous sold names into dynadot, look for availsble, and register.

haha the one he highlight is a three word with hyphens that sold in 2015 for $4000+!!!!

at bottom of page: "Due to the nature of this product, there is no money back guarantee offered whatsoever. This is a digital product (A Database) worth more than $10,000.00 - once delivered, that's it.'

anyway, it seems like scam to me. i think you should stay away

I do not see the problem here to be honest. Why is it a scam, it is your choice if you want to give him your money or not.
DNPric.es only gives you 1000 results for free, so he couldn't get all that for free and then resell them.

If he buys their data for $2,499 and then re-sells it for $97 hundreds of times he's making a lot of money. When you buy their data you agree to their license, which says not to share it with anyone (even for free). Is it a scam in the sense that he'll take your money and not actually deliver anything? Possibly, but probably not. But he's still not authorized to sell that data, so you're buying something that is more or less "stolen".

I don't have a horse in this race, but what he is doing is obviously wrong. And he knows it because he says in the email posted by OP to keep the link to his sale page private. Their downloads are watermarked, I'm not sure exactly how but if it were me I would have software fudging the numbers by a dollar on specific sales and have them be different for each buyer. Then to avoid the buyer just randomly changing all the sales up or down by $1 to kill the watermark I would add some inconsequential sales that didn't actually happen, and remove a few sales that did, so that it would be unique to each buyer in a way that is really hard to interfere with. The point is they'll be able to prove it and could probably take legal action against him.

This is, of course, assuming he didn't work out some deal with them where he paid more and is allowed to re-sell it. I highly doubt that, but who knows.
