I am putting this domain for sale and here is the proof of my ownership with my Godaddy hosting Service.(Being sarcastic in an angry tone,reported this bug to Godaddy on Twitter ,Still no response

This isn't a bug. You're essentially just adding a virtual host to the various services on your server. You can add any hostname you want; it doesn't even need to be real, though GoDaddy may impose their own arbitrary restrictions.
It's a bit of a usability issue from the perspective of a GoDaddy customer, but GoDaddy appears to just be exposing the configuration for the underlying services, so it makes sense from a developer's perspective.
The services running under-the-hood don't know (and don't care) who owns a domain. They're mostly open source and have existed for decades. While this might seem like an issue, generally, it's not--there are no negative consequences when these services "manage" domains they don't actually have the ability to control.
These underlying configurations make no assertion that you're in control of the domain name. Other computers won't actually be making requests to your services with the assumption that they represent
namepros.com unless someone explicitly configures those computers to treat your services as authoritative.
This is actually an important feature, one that we utilize at NamePros quite often. We have a sizable number of servers across a variety of datacenters, along with a substantial number of service providers. When we switch between providers or servers, we want to be able to do so with zero downtime. To do this, servers and service providers are configured to represent namepros.com before they actually have the real "authority" to do so. This way, when we give them authority, they're ready to go: they're able to handle requests immediately. All we need to do is flip a switch. At NamePros, this happens automatically on a daily basis: when we're receiving more traffic than usual, more servers come online. As the traffic subsides, other servers are automatically taken offline. All this happens without any disruption in service.
