You are misunderstanding something here. Once a domain name expired and deleted, it's no more aged domain, no matter how old it was before it was deleted. Hope you understand that?

Secondly, spam links has no value, no matter how many. In fact, people are weary of buying domain name that has been used for spamming, as that is one of the easiest way to get into Google's black book.

It doesn't matter if the seo domain is 1 day old or 20 years old unless the links are good then they will hold no value send some examples ?

The content of the old site is why it had a history but it doesn't necessarily instantly translate to traffic hosting it again. Existing backlinks may assist or hinder white hat SEO. The best thing you can do is what you intended and milk the domain of the traffic till it isn't worth renewing. If your asking where to sell such names it is because there is likely no merit in the domain name itself. I used to do it for years but if your in business of selling domains these name make your portfolio look bad so just milk them for all they are worth and then drop them.

I do realize the age is not as valid once the domain expires, but for SEO/linking purposes, I think the longstandingness of the property does bring with it a level of safety, assuming it was never spammed.

We do rigorous manual sorting on each of these domains. We examine the entire wayback history to make sure it was always a legit property and never repurposed. We sort by majestic TF and look at every single anchor and backlink. Any signs of spam or non-english anchors or links, we disqualify it. Believe me, we know how to spot spam. And even if there's no spam, the backlinks themselves have to be really high quality in nature, or else we take a pass. Our manual sorting process is what in my opinion really sets our domains apart from what we see 90% of people using for PBNs and link building. We put in serious hours on this sorting process, so we know for a fact these domains have good links and no spam, or else we skip them.

As for Lock's comment, the traffic is not a factor for us because we do know from experience that these domains work for ranking. They're very powerful. They can't be your only backlinks, but they will fuel the fire substantially. We've seen them work amazingly well for our own sites and some of our clients. We've also seen other guys we know absolutely dominate rankings for competitive keywords from similar style PBN networks and they're not as careful as we are with the domain selection. That's why we know there's good value in these domains. In general, we find that the domains that were longstanding real businesses or resource websites that had a single previous owner but either went out of business or were dropped for some other reason, those are the best.

We're looking for a way to flip the ones we don't need for our own stuff. Considering selling them on Flippa per Jurgen's suggestion either as individual domains or as packaged portfolios. Ideally we'd like to sell them in bundles of 25 to 100.
