- There are already penalties for filing a false police report.

Current law, false reports are class A misdemeanor. Not clear why they singled out false report of sex crimes ( not just rape ). ** apparently his friend was accused by his wife of a crime during a divorce.. not a very good reason.

Argument will be about the right to life and person-hood now, not a "implied right". We know a lot more about what happens in the womb. Euphemisms like a "just a clump of cells" are done.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

This is what separates America from every other country.

I think you like to call people a liar as some sort of defense mechanism. Problem is, I don't lie. You seem to never actually quote the lie so people a) know what you're talking about b) can address it. So with your next post, quote the lie. Don't be coward, don't run, quote it.

As far as those quotes, those are all true and were posted to further illustrate just how backwards those on the right are. If if were up to you, abortion would be all banned, gay marriage would still be illegal, no fetal stem cell research (that could wind up saving people's lives) etc. You're literally the biggest group in this country that gets in the way of progress, tries to take people's rights away etc. Not to mention the anti-science mindset, not believing in Climate Change etc. Again, backwards.

As far as what you consider asinine questions, they're not. These things literally happen to people. So again:

Using your definitions and beliefs on the subject, what if you were in this situation back in the day with your first child, where it was the life of the mother or child. Would you:

A. Let your wife die
B. Murder your child
